Our team then prepares build-ready drawings, obtains all required approvals, and manages execution with full supervision and weekly updates. The project concludes with a joint snag list, rectifications, and a complete handover pack with warranties.

What should customers know about your pricing?

We provide written, itemized quotations with clearly defined inclusions. Labor, materials, and approvals are fully transparent: No hidden charges. Payment milestones are structured as follows: - 30% mobilization - 40% midway progress - 25% pre-handover - 5% post-snag (typically settled within two months after handover) All change orders must be approved in writing before work proceeds.

How long does your service usually take to complete?

Timelines depend on property size and scope: • Kitchen only: 3–5 weeks (6–7 weeks with custom joinery/worktops) • Bathroom only: 2–4 weeks per bathroom (based on waterproofing/tiling detail) • Apartments: - Studio / 1BR (5–7 weeks) - 2–3BR (8–10 weeks) • Villas: - 2–3BR (8–12 weeks) - 4–6BR+ (12–16 weeks, depending on structural works) (*Approvals: Community NOC / Dubai Municipality may add 1–2 weeks) A detailed construction schedule is shared before start, with weekly progress updates.

What qualifications, licenses, or experience do you have?

- Licensed with Dubai DET and fully insured - Supervisors trained in HSE (NEBOSH / IOSH) - Experienced with Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC and Dubai Municipality approvals - Registered structural and DEWA partners

Do you offer any warranty or after-service?

Yes, we provide a 12-month workmanship warranty at no additional cost, followed by optional monthly maintenance plans thereafter.
