How do you typically work with new customers?
As much as possible I want them to feel like I'm a very approachable person, I usually providing details through chat based on their inquiries and considering possibilities of alternate ways to help them. Then a quick meet-and-greet if everything is settled.
What should customers know about your pricing?
My pricing depends on the type of service, duration, and the number of pets who will aquire the service. I also give packages for long term services.
How long does your service usually take to complete?
It depends to the type of service, there is per sitting most clients prefer hour rate. Home visit, the number of times to visit the home of the client. The pet boarding, how many days the pets will stay with us
What qualifications, licenses, or experience do you have?
I study and alot time to learn about how to properly take care of pets. I'm certified pet care specialist with my certification.
Do you offer any warranty or after-service?
Yes, if ever the client may find something unsuall with their pets after the service, I highly recommend reaching back to me to discuss necessary procedures. It strengthened the trust among the clients and service providers.
