- Compare Soft Play quotes with the same details: Play area size and number of pieces; Ball pit, slide and fence add-ons; Age range and guest count.
- Indicative 2026 benchmark: AED 500-3,000+ for many Dubai soft play rentals per event. Ball pits, slides, larger play zones, delivery, matting, cleaning and attendants can increase the price.

For soft play, compare the play area size, included pieces and safety matting before booking. Keep play area size and number of pieces and ball pit, slide and fence add-ons consistent so the cheapest quote is not based on a smaller scope.
Compare the actual soft play pieces and event setup
Use a layout and equipment list rather than a colour-theme photo alone. Ask the supplier to confirm suitability for the children and available space.
| Quote item | Ask the provider to confirm in writing |
|---|---|
| Package inventory | Which pieces, ball pit, slide, fencing and accessories are included, with photos or an itemised list for the supplied set? |
| Layout and flooring | What footprint and clear space are needed, and does the provider assess the floor and include suitable matting for the setup? |
| Age and capacity | What age range and user limits apply to the supplied equipment, and how will mixed-age guests be managed? |
| Supervision | Who supervises play throughout the event, what is the attendant's role if booked, and who handles problems during use? |
| Delivery and hygiene | Are setup, pre-use cleaning arrangements, collection, lift access and parking included, with agreed arrival and removal times? |
| Changes and cancellation | What happens if an item is unavailable, the venue changes or outdoor conditions prevent use? Confirm substitutions, deposits and extra-time charges. |
Keep inflatable equipment or mechanical rides separate if they are added to the package; ask for the operating arrangements for each item.
