The stain is not the diagnosis

A damp ceiling, loose silicone and a DEWA high-usage alert are evidence, but they do not by themselves identify the failed pipe, drain, fixture or membrane. This planner deliberately returns a diagnostic band until the likely source is confirmed in writing.

What the public ranges represent

Visible fixture and concealed-pipe bands use current public Dubai plumbing pages. Detection bands use advertised inspection, thermal and multi-method prices. Waterproofing bands use current provider guides for seal refreshes, targeted repairs and full bathroom re-waterproofing. These are provider advertisements, not private transaction data.

What is usually excluded

  • Premium branded cartridges, mixers, sanitaryware and concealed cistern parts.
  • Tile matching, wall or ceiling opening, drying and full reinstatement.
  • Mould remediation, damaged cabinets, neighbour damage and insurance reports.
  • After-hours response, building deposits, parking and VAT unless written in the quote.
