Why this is a scope calculator

Public Dubai pool-renovation prices are usually quoted by project scope, not by one standard sqm rate. The same pool can need a local waterline repair, a full membrane and tile replacement, or structural redesign. The calculator keeps those jobs separate and does not pretend that pool length alone determines the price.
